National Sales Director (with min. 10 years of experience in the direct selling and beauty industry) in the US

We are offering a qualified and sales-driven professional with a proven track record of at least 10 years in the direct selling and beauty industry the opportunity to grow and advance with us from the beginning in the US.
Responsibilities:
Coach, support, and inspire our existing consultants.
Recruit new consultants to contribute to increasing sales.
Maintain constant communication with our consultants to promote affiliation with our worldwide growing olive tree people family.
Work hard and success-oriented, even beyond regular working hours.
Be flexible and support national and international events.

Qualifications:
Proven ability and motivation to sell and grow sales within a territory.
Excellent organizational, presentation, selling, and time management skills.
