Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Digital Media Marketing Coordinator helps to cultivate and nurture ABT's digital communities via email communications and social media engagement. This individual will contribute to the organization's social media strategy, help drive content creation across multiple digital and social channels and assist with analysis of results. This will require working with various departments, including Marketing, Press, Artistic, Development, and Education. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and highly creative. This position requires a highly organized self-motivator who can execute against multiple projects with competing deadlines. This is a hybrid workplace position.

Job Responsibilities

Work with the Marketing & Communications Team and cross-departmentally (Artistic, Development, Education, and Company Management) to develop and execute ABT holistic messaging across social and email platforms.Utilize reporting platforms to increase department knowledge of pain points and positive metrics (i.e. Meltwater/Hootsuite/Cision/RivalIQ)Produce regular reports (for internal and external stakeholders) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and maximize marketing performanceWork with the Associate Director of CRM/Sales to strategize key target audiences to deploy communicationsMonitor external stakeholder reactions to marketing effortsDemonstrate strategic insights to ensure cross-departmental growthStrategize and disperse digital assets and toolsDevelop and execute ABT holistic messaging across platformsCreate monthly/yearly editorial calendars for email cadenceManage and run bi-weekly Email Committee Meetings with representatives from ABT JKO School, ABT Studio Company, Press, and DevelopmentOversee Marketing Assistant's duties relating to email communicationsWork with the Associate Director CRM/Sales to manage segments/lists and strategize which segments are best to deployUtilize knowledge of best practices to make formatting/design choicesOversee email contributors across departments: take ownership of email database and strategize contributionsPull and analyze email reports - delegate to necessary contributorsWork with database team to update segmentations on a regular basis Provide customer care/support when neededWork with the Press team to ensure proper language usageManage all ABT Social Media channels included but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, ThreadsOversee content for ABT Studio Company and ABT School Plan/Execute content strategy for upcoming engagements Manage dancer social media teamResponsible for gather and procuring assets in studio/on stage Coordinate influencer relationships across all platformsSift and monitor social media comments/questions on official and independent contributor channelsGather and analyze reports/data showing growth and trajectories of ABT's digital presenceResponsible for all email acquisition campaigns to prospective donors Coordinate efforts with the Membership team/database teamWork with the Associate Director CRM to segment listsProvide quarterly reports on acquisition numbers/statusAssess email analytics/open rates and report on best practicesCreate acquisition campaigns for yearly engagement and strategize best events to highlightImplement digital campaigns through media to increase brandWork with Director of Membership to ensure continuity between efforts Provide constant updates on strategies and new campaignsWork closely with Capacity Interactive (digital ad team) to ensure growth and success for event campaign initiativesUtilize expertise and campaign creation skills to amplify social media campaigns with paid posts; designate funds for social media projectsWork with Manger of Creative Services to create graphics (video and static) for ad campaigns (digital and print)Understand and adhere to brand style guidelines; implement designs that inspire, inform, and captivate audiencesWork closely with the Manager of Creative Design to implement new seasonal merchandise with brand guidelinesMonitor the back-end of the e-commerce platform to ensure smooth operations and customer successWork with the Director of Web Development to ensure front-end success and maintain presentationDraw weekly reports showcasing revenue/item popularityCapture Behind the Scenes, content (special events, studio rehearsals, stage footage, photos, interviews) to share on social channels Experience in with Adobe Platforms a plusEssential Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum internship marketing experience, non-profit, or performing arts experience preferredExperience in creating social media contentKnowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills Craft engaging contentExcellent project management and organization skills Passionate about ABT's mission and impactKnowledge of Mailchimp, and social management tools (Hootsuite) and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)Good understanding of branding, visual design principles, and typography Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBenefits

$40,000 - $45,000 a year
