Marketing Program Manager:

In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Marketing Strategy and Operations to execute key initiatives impacting the Global Marketing Organization.

The most successful candidates will exhibit solid business acumen, be catalysts for change, and possess exceptional program management abilities. The perfect fit for the role will engage hands-on with the work.

You will manage program scope, objectives and success metrics, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks, such as note taking and ensuring team accountability for tools usage (i.e. Sharepoint and Workfront management)

Oversee program scope, objectives and success metrics, ensuring alignment and clear communication across teams and stakeholders. (e.g., communication plans, workback plans, demos, office hours, gamification, strategic workshops, events).Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and optimize project delivery.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to overall organizational goals.Promote a constructive view of program management, framing it as an opportunity rather than a mandatory task.Identify and define key performance metrics aligned with objectives. Leverage data analytics to monitor progress, provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvements.Provide support with various administrative tasks, such as note taking, crafting meeting agendas, scheduling, and managing SharePoint.Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

Proficiency in change management to effectively guide and support organizational transitions.Strong marketing strategy skills to develop and implement effective marketing plans.Experience in operations to ensure efficient and smooth business processes.Ability to analyze and interpret metrics to drive data-informed decisions.Competence in handling administrative tasks to support daily business activities.Here's what else might help you out:

Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint for managing and sharing information effectively.Scheduling skills to coordinate and manage timelines and appointments.Expertise in data analytics to interpret and utilize data for business insights.Familiarity with SharePoint to streamline document management and collaboration.General marketing knowledge to support and enhance marketing initiatives.Pay Range:

$72.00 - $79.58/ hour
