Job Description

SUMMARY

CDS Global is searching for a seasoned Marketing Director with B2B digital subscription management experience who will use their experience, leadership, expertise, creativity and vision to successfully elevate the company's strategic marketing objectives for the CDS Global Core subscription management solutions across multiple industries. The Marketing Director will oversee and align the marketing team's efforts with the strategic objectives of fast market penetration, value focused content, strong market entry, targeted lead generation and conversions that will drive client acquisition, sustained sales and revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMaintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information. Adheres to company policy as it relates to maintenance of confidential information and situations.Provides experience, leadership, expertise, creativity, and vision to successfully elevate the company's strategic marketing objectives for the CDS Global Core subscription management solutions across multiple industries.Directs and manages a high performing marketing team. Leads and collaborates with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals and oversees the execution of marketing initiatives.Provides ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. Directs and leads staff members including other directors, senior management, or equivalent positions who are responsible for managing division and/or department activities and employees.Achieves fast market penetration with expert go to market strategy, articulated product value propositions, creative content and strategic marketing plans with a heightened market presence.Conducts thorough competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Evaluates new markets and key client segments. Utilizes analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.Develops a content strategy that educates and engages prospects and will lead to high conversion rates. Positions solutions to differentiate ourselves from competitors and capture market share. Ensures the platform is positioned correctly in each industry.Oversees the creation of high-quality, industry-specific content that educates potential customers and establishes thought leadership.Facilitates our successful entry into new markets, enhance our competitive edge, and drive our company's growth and profitability. Ensures a focused and cohesive approach to our marketing efforts. Oversees the integration of marketing strategies across various channels, ensuring consistency and maximizing the impact of our campaigns. Maintains a consistent brand voice across all channels and materials, enhancing brand recognition and trust.Develops and implements targeted multi-channel lead generation strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and partnerships to increase the sales pipeline and drive significant sales and revenue growth.Develops comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to each target industry's specific needs and pain points. Uses targeted campaigns to attract new customers, leveraging insights from market research and customer data.Designs and oversees lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel. Increases conversion rates with refined targeting and messaging. Reduces customer acquisition costs by streamlining acquisition strategies.Spearheads efforts to build brand awareness and establish our company as a trusted leader in subscription management solutions. Enhances brand awareness, brand visibility, and recognition to increase market share. Strengthens brand loyalty through consistent communication, value delivery, and client success stories.Works closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are driving high-quality leads and supporting the sales process.Facilitates collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive efforts across the organization.Optimizes the use of marketing resources and budget to achieve the highest possible return on investment. Sets and tracks key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies in real-time. Allocates the marketing budget effectively across various channels and initiatives, prioritizing high-impact activities. Improves return on marketing investment by smart allocation of marketing resources and budget. Prepares forecasts, projections, and capital requests for employment, financial and business needs.Interprets company policies and goals to subordinates. Formulates policy for department according to knowledge of company objectives, government regulations, and contract terms.Travels on behalf of CDS Global when required or requested.Interacts in cooperative and professional manner with all levels of employees, clients and/or vendors in team-oriented environment.Follows CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs additional duties as required or requested.EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSING

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, or related field. Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for the minimum education requirement.Ten years of experience in marketing related field.Experience and expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.Successful B2B subscription management technology experience.Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.Expertise in market segmentation.Five or more year's management experience managing employees.Experience in fulfillment and/or other industry related to CDS Global businesses.Experience in "for profit" company organization.Ability to identify and target key segments within each new industry.In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends, regulations, and customer needs.Ability to identify and target key segments within each new industry.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.Demonstrated experience advising and consulting to others on complex matters requiring application of legal, financial, technical and management principles.Demonstrated experience applying creative thinking skills to generate options, visualize possibilities and formulate new approaches.Able to guide and/or assist management in meeting department and/or division strategic vision.Experience comparing data needed for developing budget, long-range goals and reports.Complex math skills.Thorough knowledge of annual work planning and budgeting.If required to travel has access to transportation requiring a valid driver's license, proof of safe driving record, and active insurance.What you can expect when you join CDS Global:

Grade Pay Range: $110,032.00- $193,648.00. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience.
