The primary duties of the Marketing Manager are:

Lead new sales acquisition and retention marketing campaigns using awareness and acquisition tactics that drive traffic to all Associates / Agents in the retail stores and call centers.

Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve targeted new sales and revenue goals and to enhance renewal rate levels.

Understand and maximize target audience segmentation throughout all marketing tactics to implement a multi-tiered target audience strategy for insurance acquisition efforts.

Partner with internal and external teams for development, execution and maintenance of the Insurance Marketing Performance Dashboard.

Coordinate and implement the Marketing Campaign Automation using the Adobe tool.

Monitor actual results versus plan (holistically and by tactic) and respond to both positive and negative trends with revised tactics.

Work closely with internal and external partners to track, measure and adjust existing programs or develop new, more efficient and effective tactics, as necessary.

Assess existing programs and recommend tactics to help create broad impact, scalable and efficient marketing strategies to drive policy growth across ACA.

Participate with Agency leaders in strategic planning contributing to the overall vision and direction for the product marketing programs.

Present new strategies for acquiring new audiences and retaining existing to Insurance Marketing Team.

Develop and execute on marketing and brand messaging based on the marketing customer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion and Optimization).

As a member of the larger Corporate Marketing Team, build and maintain partnerships within the team to optimize marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

4+ years of experience in marketing, including direct marketing, broad-based media and digital marketing

Superior written and oral communication skills

Excellent strategy formulation, planning, and presentation, skills

Ability to effectively manage a variety of projects and tasks requiring significant interaction with others outside the department with the flexibility to quickly adapt priorities and resources to ever-changing internal and external conditions.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact and build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

High degree of professionalism and integrity

Desktop computing skills, including the use of standard business application software (e.g., Microsoft Office products including Visio, Access, MAC Quark, Adobe desktop publishing, etc)

Ability to work as a team member with all levels of management, as well as outside venders, suppliers and club partners

Ability to mentor and lead othersn expertise to developing operational initiatives and procedures" if this is a visionary or new role at the company.
