Your Role on Our Team

The primary function of this position is to develop and manage the planning of brand marketing initiatives that fulfill marketing strategies for Milwaukee Tool digital products, services, and experiences. Implement and execute communication programs, brand development, and new product/experience launches that will build awareness, drive adoption, increase brand visibility, and enhance user engagement at every step of a user’s journey. Develop programs that meet our financial objectives for sales, gross margin, and profitability.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Lead the development of integrated marketing initiatives for Milwaukee Tool digital products, services, and experiences that contribute to business growth and ensure clear brand representation across all distribution channels.

Develop marketing initiatives that build brand equity and fulfill marketing and financial objectives. Assess the needs, opportunities, and risks associated with these initiatives through research and feasibility analysis.

Work closely with Milwaukee’s digital product teams to understand their business goals, roadmaps, priorities, and initiatives.

Collaborate in setting product/project objectives, and strategies, Set and manage timelines and work cross-departmentally to ensure that key milestones are met and goals are achieved.

Establish expected outcomes and performance goals for your programs and projects, measure against them, learn, and refine.

Collaborate in developing and executing annual marketing plan activities, forecasts, programs, promotions, budgets and P&L. Manage the marketing plan within the approved budget levels.

Conduct competitive market analysis to formulate recommendations for an annual brand plan, including advertising and promotional strategies as appropriate.

Coordinate the creation of digital tactics and content that might include website updates, email, knowledge base articles, videos, presentations, etc.

Develop and analyze reports from internal sources, along with syndicated data in order to identify key issues, trends and opportunities.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Product Development, or other customer-related field.

1-3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital, content, and/or inbound marketing.

Demonstrated ability to understand the bigger picture and work tactically at the same time

Verbal and written communications that are factual, clear, and user-centric

Outstanding planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to balance competing demands

Solid user orientation and understanding of user journeys

Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions
