Also, serve as the subject matter authority within the Marketing function and across the Global Services & Support organization. With the goal of getting the right message to the right customer at the right time, you will craft forward-looking digital strategies that improve lead generation outcomes and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This instrumental role will build and implement data-driven digital platform roadmaps that address emerging trends and technologies.A Day in the Life:Collaborate with Global and Regional Market Development, division centers of excellence and vendors to build a performance marketing strategy, including execution and optimization of digital campaigns to drive qualified traffic and achieve business objectives.Partner with Commercial functions to accelerate adoption of lead generation standard processes, including using data analysis to guide ongoing media evaluation, planning and activation.Apply deep knowledge of paid media channels - SEM, display, paid social - and internal and external marketing platforms to strengthen marketing efficiency and identify actionable customer insights across the digital ecosystem.Partner with the Digital Transformation, Product Management and Strategy teams to create and action multi-year digital platform improvement plans that accelerate the use new technologies like AI and identify incremental use cases.Demonstrate a passion for Marketing while fostering an agile team culture of rapid experimentation, measurement and iteration.Proactive ownership of the digital marketing media budget, ensuring effective management and governance that optimizes return on investment.Keys to Success:EducationBS/BA in Business, Marketing, life sciences or similar field.Experience5+ years experience developing digital strategies that drive positive growth.Consistent record of leading and developing a team.In some cases an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesConfirmed ability to lead digital strategy and implementation projects.Customer-centric approach and experience with go-to-market strategies.Strong analytical skills, including data-driven audience segmentation and targeting, with the ability to translate data analysis into actionable strategies.Excellent judgment and problem-solving capability.Ability to influence at all levels, build strong partnerships, and navigate matrixed situations.Cultural awareness and ability to work across geographies.BenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
