They should be a strategic advisor, demonstrate a growth mindset, and have the ability to foster strong relationships throughout the organization. Experience in executive leadership team collaboration is essential, as is the ability to be hands-on and effective in a lean, high-performance environment. Previous experience in broadening roles such as sales, P&L management, or other commercial areas is also a positive attribute.
