We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team.We’re Peachy Insurance, an Allstate Agency licensed and operating in Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.We’ve been so successful we’ve opened a consulting firm to teach other insurance agents to win like us.So this role is supporting Peachy Insurance, Next Call Club, and NCC's clients. It’s going to be high-paced, exciting, varied—lots of brands to juggle, lots of open windows and tabs every day.Think of how full your portfolio and resume will get overnight!We lean heavy on content, and we want someone who is great at communicating and working with various forms of content—written, video, images, etc.Key Responsibilities:
90 Day Expectation
At the end of 90 days, we want you at this speed:2 articles 1,000+ words per day10+ social media posts scheduled per weekOutreach to 5 "write for us" blogs per dayReporting--set up automatic/manual reports every week2-3 Location pages uploaded/formatted per weekAgain, we love AI and tools, and we have licenses you can use.Concentration
Specifically, we’re looking to use this role to grow two areas of our marketing machine.Social MediaWebsites (blogs, pages, SEO, etc)We want to focus on content.Some tools you’ll be using
ChatGPT 4oCanvaDescriptHemingwayWordpressSurferSEOQualifications:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practicesExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Google Products
Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
Preferred Skills:
Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategiesExperience working on a Journalism, Marketing, or Communications team
