This pivotal role is focused on shaping and implementing the digital marketing vision, and the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives. Key responsibilities include optimizing digital marketing spend, overseeing marketing teams across various channels, and leading the design and execution of omni-channel digital marketing campaigns. The role also involves leading the digital media strategy, managing loyalty programs, and executing customer relationship management strategies to improve engagement and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least 15 years' of experience in digital marketing, particularly in a high-growth environment. A strong background in D2C and eCommerce is preferred. The role requires expert knowledge in digital and performance marketing, with a focus on paid media and new user acquisition, as well as proven experience in managing loyalty programs, CRM, and data analytics. The candidate should be a strong collaborator, with the ability to work across functions to create customer-centric solutions, and demonstrate a track record of generating profitable growth and strong ROI.
