This role requires working in-person full-time in our office.Position:Marketing Coordinator & Epoca Community Ambassador - San Diego, CAReports to:Marketing ManagerJob Location & Hours:This role is full-time and requires working 4-5 days per week at our office in Downtown San Diego, but most weeks spending 1 day per week at Epoca in South San Diego. This role also requires

LIVING

at Epoca in one of our apartments at Silo, Ironwood or Mason.

A 40% rent discount will be given on top of full-time pay and benefits . Must agree to a 15-month lease and roommate's are welcome to live with you (1-3 bedroom options). Generally, this is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm role, but exceptions are made when events take place after hours. The goal for this unique role is to ensure the individual becomes integrated into the community and deeply understands what it is like to live there. Only required to live at Epoca for 15 months.About the Role:The selected individual is responsible for general marketing support for the company including supporting multifamily marketing efforts, our master plan marketing program and all corporate initiatives as needed. This role is also responsible for planning, marketing, and executing all of our events at our new master-planned community, Epoca, in South San Diego. This is a project management-based role, and this individual will be helping execute many different tasks in a given day. Everything from scheduling photographers, creating presentations, updating websites, managing signage projects, light graphic design work, planning and executing of many events, and much more. We are seeking an organized individual who has a good design eye and is looking for more experience in marketing & event planning. We are also seeking someone with an outgoing personality whom is comfortable meeting new people and getting to know our residents that live at Epoca.Specific responsibilities include:Planning, marketing and executing events (30% of role)Working with 3rd party property management team to maximize media efforts such as websites, collateral, and renovation marketing strategies, etc.Scheduling and managing of all photography and virtual staging projectsCreating design presentations and marketing boards for renovationsCoordinating signage & art mural projects - from design to executionExecution of Eblast campaigns and lead managementManaging company websites for accuracyAssisting with investor and corporate collateral as neededAssisting with research and planning of community events at our master plan community in South San DiegoAd-hoc special projects and support- Many one-off tasks that will come your way, weekly.Requirements:1 year of experience in marketing or event planning is desiredDemonstrated ability to read, write and communicate effectivelyProficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesProficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBonus Requirements (can be trained):Event planning experienceExperience using Canva, Mailchimp and AsanaBenefits:Base salary and discretionary annual bonus competitive with industry standardsHealth and dental insurance paid fully at the employee level by employer401(k) planPaid holidays and vacation timeColRich provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
