In this role, you will partner closely with the global campaigns lead and work lockand step with regional, performance and product marketing teams to create global campaigns andprograms from start to finish.The ideal candidate has experience marketing B2B SaaS software and a background in integratedcampaign development and execution. This role requires someone who excels in a highly collaborativeenvironment and can effectively lead and influence cross-functional projects, managing numerousstakeholders across different regions.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns including webinars,email, digital advertising, and more to drive awareness and interest of our productsProgram Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completioneven in a fast-paced environment.Content Development: Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to createrelevant messaging and innovative content tailored to buyer needs.Collaboration: Work closely with channel owners to ensure the seamless delivery of integratedcampaigns that enhance awareness, grow databases, convert leads, and accelerate sales.Performance Optimization: Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance,continuously optimizing to ensure maximum ROI across all channels.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that include journeymapping, campaign development, content maps, and other tactics to ensure a consistentcustomer experience across all touchpoints.Global Coordination: Manage global integrated demand generation campaign strategy byaligning and collaborating with various teams across marketing, product marketing,performance marketing, content, creative, and regional programs to deliver a cohesivemessage to the market.What you BringBasics8+ years of experience managing global/integrated campaigns for B2B companies with aproven track record of successStrong understanding and experience with multiple demand channels, including digital, paidsocial, field, and email marketing to drive pipelineExcellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionallyProficient in using Eloqua, Jira, and TableauStrong attention to detailAccountable, self-directed, and driven to achieve quick results in a fast-paced globalorganizationPreferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExtensive experience executing full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across multipleinternational regionsStrong understanding of funnel metrics and optimization strategies to maximize campaign ROI
