We are committed to sustainability,innovation, and fostering a strong community of e-bike enthusiasts.Position Overview:The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executingcomprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement. This role will alsomanage the web front-end development team, as it is directly related to the consumer shoppingexperience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong data analytic skills, a stronganalytical mindset, and a proven track record of managing successful digital marketingcampaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goalsand objectives.Lead and manage the paid performance team, including PPC, display advertising, socialmedia advertising, and other paid channels.Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increaseconversions.Develop and execute effective email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retaincustomers.Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, providing regularreports and insights to senior management.Utilize strong data analytic skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-drivendecisions to optimize marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and webdevelopment, to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to digital marketing.Manage the web front-end development team to enhance the consumer shoppingexperience.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep ourdigital marketing efforts ahead of the curve.Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources andmaximizing ROI.Mentor and develop the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation,collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid performance, SEO, email,and SMS marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate ahigh-performing team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.Strong data analytic skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms,including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and SMSmarketing tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams.Experience managing web front-end development teams is highly desirable.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
