As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Marketing Manager to join our team.Job Summary:The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster community engagement in our target rural areas. In addition, this role will support and act in a sales capacity, collaborating closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers and drive revenue growth.Location:

Health, Vision, Basic Dental & Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401k, Paid Time Off, Paid TrainingKey Responsibilities:Establish a field marketing strategy designed to drive customer acquisition and retention in rural communities.Develop and implement localized marketing plans.Plan, organize, and execute community events, sponsorships, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation efforts, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.Act as a sales representative at local events, community gatherings, and other field activities, directly engaging with potential customers to promote our services.Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand competitive landscape, and uncover opportunities for growth.Manage relationships with local partners, community organizations, and vendors to maximize marketing and sales impact.Track and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities and provide regular reports on performance metrics.Manage field marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and sales strategies and tactics.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in field marketing, community engagement, or a related role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.Strong sales acumen with experience in direct customer engagement and lead conversion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with rural markets and a passion for connecting underserved communities to high-speed internet.Willingness to travel frequently to rural areas and attend events outside of regular business hours.
