*This is a hybrid remote position. Please note this position would require working onsite at our office in Lansdale, PA for onboarding and training, and then once a week (every Tuesday) after the training period is completed. Please do not apply unless you are able to work onsite at our office in Lansdale on Tuesdays after the training period.*

The Opportunity:

The Product Development team is integral in maintaining Keystone's core values and Light Made Easy promise. The team is responsible for creating new products and improving the performance, cost, and/or quality of existing products to achieve business goals.

The Production Artist works on the Product Development team to create and edit product artwork, create spec sheet drawings, and retouch photos.

Your Impact:

Follows art direction and feedback provided by Operations ManagerCreates product spec sheets/technical data sheetsCreates line drawings and dimensions in Illustrator for spec sheetsCreates/edits product artwork, including box and carton labelsCreate product instruction sheetsImplements updates to existing collateral, maintaining version control of assets, while managing version control throughout the review processPrepares final files for production with accuracyOccasional design and layout of sales and presentationsProvides image retouching, clipping paths and any required image manipulation with exceptional precisionMaintains accurate and up-to-date status and communications on assigned projects using online project management softwareWillingness to pitch-in on projects when additional team support is neededWhat you bring:

Applicants must submit a portfolio with demonstrated abilities to be considered for this positionBachelor of the Arts in Graphic Design or related field1-2 years of relevant experienceComfortable working from templatesFluent in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat and MSOfficeInitiative to keep up with new software and adaptability to newly implemented processesFirm fundamental knowledge of design theory, typography, color and file production prepExcellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyComfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentStrong attention to detailFamiliar with technical products and/or terminology (electrical, electronic, or lighting related) preferred
