RIVANNA is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaign strategies and short-term advertising techniques through digital platforms. This role involves increasing brand awareness and sentiment, driving website traffic, and generating qualified sales leads. The position also includes the ongoing development and management of the company's website, emphasizing on- and off-page SEO, and utilizing analytics to enhance RIVANNA's marketing effectiveness. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales to improve CRM automation and ensure meticulous customer and pipeline segmentation to support effective conversion reporting.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

Plan and support paid digital marketing campaign strategies, including SEM and social media marketing.Develop and implement organic marketing strategies, including SEO and CRM/email automation.Analyze paid and organic digital marketing approach to increase share of voice and brand sentiment.Research, track, and analyze buyer journeys and attribution models for metrics reporting, user experience enhancement, and campaign budget optimization.Collaborate with sales to maintain CRM automation and ensure meticulous customer and pipeline segmentation to support conversion reporting.Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPI metrics.Develop, monitor, and optimize campaign budgets.Utilize A|B page testing and abandoned cart analysis tools to improve conversion rates.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.Six or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.Proficiency in SEO, lead generation, email marketing, e-commerce, web analytics tools, and keyword-related content (marketing).Experience with social media tools, keyword research, competitive analysis, site audits, backlink tracking, and comprehensive online visibility insights.Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data measurement.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
