Description
We are seeking a professional and personable Studio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, interior design, marketing, communications, or a related field. This role involves managing the initial client experience, speaking with interior designers and architects, confirming trade accounts, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience:
Provide a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional initial experience for all clients and visitors.Communicate effectively with interior designers and architects, offering assistance and information as needed.Confirm trade accounts and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.Studio Management:
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and efficient studio environment.Coordinate the setup and presentation of the studio for client visits and meetings.Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and meeting coordination.Manage client and trade account information in the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Administrative Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Perform data entry and record keeping tasks as needed.Qualifications
Education in sales, interior design, marketing, communications, or a related field.Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or studio management role, preferably in a design or manufacturing environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards helping clients and maintaining the studio environment.Benefits
