The Marketing Operations Coordinator working for Rhodes assists in the coordination and execution of assigned marketing activities in an efficient and effective manner by providing organizational coordination and support. The Marketing Operations Coordinator is part of the Marketing team and have an exciting opportunity to support the accomplishment of our organizational purpose to create beautifully engaging communities.

Field Marketing

:

Work with Marketing and Sales team to develop and implement community-level sales and marketing strategies and special marketing requests.Regularly connect with Sales team to understand current sales climate, goals, and challenges.Work independently and/or alongside Marketing Operations Manager to develop strategies and programs that enable sales to meet their goals.Work with Marketing Operations Manager and Sales team to generate engaging news and other noteworthy content to share on special realtor and community focused social media.Receive, interpret, and prepare marketing requests from sales team.Explore assigned community locations to understand the community, evaluate effectiveness of signage, and look for areas of improvement.Track upcoming community and lot delivery timelines to provide support for sales in plat map generation to completion.Support Marketing Events (See events section below)Manage community level marketing Events with guidance from Marketing Operations Manager and Sales team from concept to completion.Coordinate with Marketing Operations Manager to ensure that Marketing Calendar is up to date with details communicated to appropriate partiesEvaluate and report out on effectiveness of eventsSupport marketing-related needs of various internal and external clients, including Human Resources, Operations, Sales/Sales Training, and members of the Executive teamExamples of cross-functional projects may include, but are not limited to event support, employee materials, templates, external-facing materials, facility signage, manuals, special project printing needs, attending off site meetings with sales counselors, developers, vendors, and other requests as assignedSupport Sales and Construction teams upon model home completionMonitor inventory levels and communicate reorder recommendations to Marketing Operations ManagerAssist Marketing Operations Manager in material order planning, quote requests and approvals.Plan, package and fulfill community merchandising needs.Track recorded plat status, submit purchase orders, compile, and share necessary information with printing vendors, ensure template consistency, secure proof approvals, and manage framing process with external vendor.Monitor model construction and décor schedules and coordinate dimensional logo installation with external vendor and community sales and construction teamsUpdate and distribute Division meeting presentationSupport Realtor Marketing Campaigns as neededAssist Marketing Team as neededOverall Marketing Operations

Manage production and distribution of collateral and internal / external marketing work to ensure all stakeholders have what they needSupport vendor management; oversee logistics and paymentParticipate in weekly team meetings to review progress and deliverablesManage basic operations, including but not limited to managing supplies, service needs, and filingCollaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, on all aspects of projects, including planning, gathering specifications/requirements, coordinating content, tracking progress of project, approvals, timelines, and budgetDaily coordination of all marketing requests and creative projects to ensure creation and delivery of marketing materialsTraffic all marketing requests and manage deadlines from inception to completionHelp maintain spec inventory and accuracyAdminister collateral and maintain all collateral supplies, samples and files including floor plans, sales materials, and creative samplesManage recruitment collateral and staff swag inventoryAssist with the coordination of sign orders from creation to installationMaintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets, and other project resources as requiredProvide various administrative support to VP of Marketing including coding and processing of invoices, scheduling of meetings/rooms, ordering of supplies, printing, shipping of materials, preparation of reports, etcResponsible for maintaining various departmental reportDigital / Content Marketing

Partner with internal / external resources to manage editorial calendars, compelling content creation, and document flow / review across various marketing touchpoints - including website, email, social, and paid media - with the assistance of internal and freelance resources.Act as back-up content management support for Rhodes Enterprises online propertiesCreate and maintain updated online and offline library of marketing and research assets, reports, resources, reports, articles, speeches, and presentations, and assist team with requests for these itemsWriting, editing, proof reading, quality assurance testing for websites, blogs, social media channels, email campaigns, and documentation that aligns with our brand's voice and toneAudit and coordinate creation and execution of regular promotional campaigns in assistance with Marketing agencySchedule, gather, organize, and maintain visual assets in the media library (photography, art, virtual tours, etc.)Coordinate with creative/PR agencies in the request, creation and printing of any marketing collateral and materials and PR tasks as assignedEvent Operations:

Responsible for Community launch strategy executionActively leads marketing managed events related to new and existing communities including grand releases, groundbreakings and ribbon cuttingsSupports internal corporate events and meetings by actively participating in activities before, during, and after event(s)Participates in Rhodes Event Committee to host annual community events meant to generate attraction and leads to communitiesParticipates in recruitment and job fair events to attract top talent to RhodesAssist VP of Marketing with all tasks as assigned to provide support to implement all marketing programs including coordination of digital, web, online and social initiatives as assignedPerforms other duties as assignedEmbodies Rhodes Core Values :

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

3-5 years of marketing or related experienceProficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skillsStrong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skillsDeadline driven and organizedCustomer service oriented and believe customer is number one priorityUnderstand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlinesDemonstrate a strong ability to manage, coordinate, and deliver project deliverables/tactics to meet deadlinesFLSA Status:
