Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly capable, self-directed Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, to help drive customer adoption of AWS’s Cloud Computing platform through AWS ISV Partners. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly rapidly-growing business. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the Infrastructure segment (Security, Data & Analytics, DevOps, Observability, Storage and more) segment priorities to define, build and deliver global programming and PMM best practices that support growth objectives. You will be responsible for designing use case based integrated campaign strategies for the Infrastructure partner ecosystem and driving them from creation to completion. You will collaborate with AWS partner leads, product marketing, partner sales, and partner marketing teams, including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. You will also act as the primary marketing contact for building and delivering multi-partner use case focused campaigns and GTM programs. You will also be required in some instances to fill any coverage gaps across the various partner segments within Infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a successful track record building and executing integrated marketing campaigns with partners and building compelling joint-partner value proposition content.

Key job responsibilities

Develop and execute best-in-class marketing campaigns and programming with key partners that effectively drive awareness and adoption of AWS services.

Work closely with the Partner leaders and key stakeholders to identify segment priorities and partner marketing initiatives.

Define global segment partner marketing plans.

Design global partner marketing programs and use case campaigns that are either executed globally, or delivered to regional marketing for local activation.

Develop detailed campaign plans, including campaign goals, messaging, content, call to action, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics.

Work closely with top AWS partners to build joint value proposition messaging and content.

Willing to travel to meet with sales leaders, partners, attend events and support the sales team

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
