The

Creative Resource Manager

is responsible for managing the Creative Department resource assignments in a way that fosters the development of exceptional creative resources while being mindful of efficiencies. In this role you are a dot-connecter who understands the nuances of creative skillsets, workflows and projects. You’re highly organized and can juggle a high-volume of projects, changing schedules, and the needs of a large team. You’re energized by our brand purpose – to improve the health of humanity – and proud to help bring it to life.​

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Evaluates available creative resources against the creative needs of the project to deploy the right resources to the right assignment.

Understands the skills, background, and career goals of creative resources, and uses this information to balance workloads while meeting project needs effectively and efficiently.

Seeks advice on developmental needs and opportunities within the creative department and creates plans to address.

Forecasts creative staffing needs for full-time and freelance resources.

Collaborates with Project Managers and Creative Directors to understand on-going project changes and prioritizes assignments.

Tracks creative utilization and provides insightful reporting and analysis to creative leadership and project teams.

Anticipates and mediates workflow problems as identified.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Workfront experience preferred.

An understanding of talent and optimization of creative resources for the development of breakthrough creative​

Has high standards and attention to detail​

Strong problem-solving, communication and relationship building skills​

Proficiency in Microsoft Office​

Have a thorough understanding of creative skills, steps and projects​

Experience with Workfront (or similar project mgmt. programs) a plus​

A mix of brand and agency experience is a plus.
