Edge Delta is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will help define the strategy and drive the execution of all our field marketing initiatives. Domestic and international travel is required and consists of approximately 30% of the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee planning and execution of Edge Delta's robust field marketing calendar, which includes large-scale industry conferences; customer events; partner events; intimate, curated dinners and experiences; and developer community meetups.Manage all events logistics, including booth production, rentals, printed collateral and swag, set-up, and onsite team management.Identify and pursue thought leadership activities (speaking sessions, workshops, fireside chats, interviews, etc.) and partnership opportunities at industry events.Drive experimentation for promotion, partnerships, and elevated visibility at industry events to increase engagement and meaningful interactions with attendees.Manage and enhance post-show lead follow-ups and nurture campaigns.Research and identify new opportunities in the field to showcase our product, leaders, and company to our target audience.Plan and execute webinars and online events, working cross-functionally to ensure high engagement and ROI.Assist in managing relationships with strategic partners across the industry.Provide the Sales team and other internal stakeholders with necessary materials and tools to support their conference and events efforts, including presentations, datasheets, case studies, and other collateral.WHO YOU ARE

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in events/field marketing in the B2B tech industry, preferably in the Observability or DevOps space.Proven track record of successfully planning, promoting, and executing third-party industry events and large- and small-scale customer events.Experience working within the DevOps events landscape.Strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices and strategies.Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30% of the time.BENEFITS

The pay range for this role is:

130,000 - 160,000 USD per year (Seattle HQ)
