Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is a vital support role within the marketing team, contributing to the overall success of the department. This position involves a variety of tasks, including administrative support, market research and reporting, and campaign assistance. Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.Market Research:

Assist in conducting market research, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports to inform marketing strategies.Campaign Support:

Support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns by providing administrative assistance, data entry, and organizational support.Content Support:

Assist in content creation by gathering information, conducting research, and providing administrative support to the content team.Client Communication:

Support client relationships by providing administrative assistance, responding to inquiries, and coordinating communication with the marketing team. Develop and deliver client-facing monthly campaign presentations. Exceptional hospitality and customer service are essential for this role.Event Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events by providing administrative support, managing logistics, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Data Management:

Maintain accurate marketing data, prepare reports, and assist in data analysis as needed.Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)Proficiency in Canva and project management softwareExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with marketing automation tools and CRM software (preferred)Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends (preferred)Strong presentation skills and experience delivering client-facing presentations
