The Marketing department at Mochi Health is looking for creative thinkers with the ability to ask meaningful questions and use insights to drive impactful results. This role is in-person at our office in San Francisco, CA.What You’ll Do:

Support various marketing channels with daily performance analysis and continuous optimization of campaigns.Structure performance reports based on a combination of media, internal business data, and KPIs to manage channel efficiencies and identify optimization opportunities.Learn about Mochi Health’s unique consumer targeting strategies and support campaigns by leveraging first and third-party data through volume modeling and advanced targeting.Conduct analysis related to media planning, including assessing campaign setup, tagging/tracking, and data collection.Provide strategic recommendations by analyzing factors such as dayparting, geographical exposure, frequency, and cost.Collaborate with marketing leadership to maximize ROI/CPA goals within budget constraints.Participate in exploring and testing new marketing channels and partnerships to continuously enhance the Marketing portfolio.What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree2+ years of experience in an analytics function within the Marketing industry.Proven ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make recommendations.Advanced Excel skillsSQL experience is a plus but not required.Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and media planning/buying is advantageous.In person in San Francisco, CABenefits:
