Responsibilities:
Devise and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to elevate brand awareness and drive business growthSet strategic goals and objectives for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesManage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectivelyBuild and nurture relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and stakeholdersAnalyze and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize resultsPrioritize and manage multiple marketing projects with competing deadlinesCreate impactful presentations and reports to present marketing metrics and recommendations to the executive team
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plusProven experience as a CMO or in a similar executive roleDemonstrable success in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaignsStrong knowledge of SEO strategies, content management systems, and data analysis toolsProficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms)Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of managing diverse teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate marketing strategies effectively
