Crusoe Cloud is a managed cloud services platform powered by stranded energy that enables climate-friendly innovation in computationally intensive fields including artificial intelligence, graphics rendering, and computational biology.About This Role:Crusoe is hiring an experienced Brand Designer to help grow and refine our brand. In this role, you'll work with outside agencies and internal leaders to spearhead our branding initiatives and shape our visual identity across various platforms.A Day In The Life:Internally own, maintain and evolve Crusoe’s brandTranslate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives and assets for various touchpoints including our marketing website, presentations, emails, and other marketing or brand collateralCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand story and visual execution across all touchpointsManage a wide range of projects, from simple design requests to complex marketing initiativesPartner with external agencies and leadership to elevate our brand's visual aesthetic that reflects our company's innovative and climate-focused spiritHelp lead workshops and new branding initiatives from start to finishStay ahead of emerging trends in design, technology, and communication, bringing innovative ideas to elevate our brandProduce and own production-ready visual assets for multiple platformsOwn the creative process from design to execution for both internal and external-facing projectsYou Will Thrive In This Role If:5+ years of experience in brand and marketing designStrong portfolio demonstrating high craft design and impactful work across digital and printStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in translating complex ideas into visually appealing assetsExcellent typography, color theory, and layout skillsExcellent collaboration and communication skillsExperience working with external agenciesProficiency in industry-standard design softwareExperience facilitating creative workshops and presenting to senior leadershipUnderstanding of current design trends and best practicesFamiliarity with motion graphics, video editing, and generative AI to create innovative creative assets is a plusMust be able to pass a background check.Embody the Company values.Benefits:Hybrid work scheduleIndustry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast-growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid Parental LeavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityTeladoc401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $50 per pay periodCompensation Range:Compensation will be paid in the range of $110,000.00 - $165,000.00.
