We are looking for a seasoned SI/Alliance Partner Program strategist and executor to lead business-critical, cross-functional projects within our SI Alliance team.You will be an experienced, top-notch partner program leader comfortable setting the program strategy as well as rolling up your sleeves to get work done - within a quickly moving organization. You are fully familiar with leading SI/alliance/consulting partner programs and have built and evolved partner programs from scratch. You also have deep experience with partner specializations and owning partner marketing.Your overall mission is to ensure that the correct structure, processes, support, and communications are in place to help us deliver on our program. As the Senior Manager/Director, Partner Programs and Marketing, you will have a broad impact on the alliance team, the Guidewire organization as well as our respective SI partners through the complex initiatives you lead. This role will report to the Senior Director, Partner Programs and Enablement.Who you are

Responsible for continuous evaluation and execution of our highly evolving global SI partner program; program has deep specialization component which you will lead/own/updateUnderstand/participate in metrics component of program; twice yearly updates and compilationDevelop and deliver regular partner communications, ensuring ongoing engagement and participation of partners; Marketo experience preferredOwn/manage a Partner Marketing budget/plan leveraging best practices; create ROI and overall process for this workstreamProvide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance our joint marketing plan worldwideWork closely with the corporate and global marketing teams to translate best practices into effective regional initiativesLiaise with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and other teams to ensure a delightful and unified partnering experienceAssist with related special projects and other duties as neededMinimal travel of approx. 10%Your qualifications

15+ years of partner program project management experience, managing cross-functional initiativesBA/BS in marketing or similarExperienced working with different levels of an organization – from executive to admin and managerAble to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.Thrive in fast-paced environment where tasks change quickly and there may be opaqueness in clarityProven strength in operational process workflow experience in design and implementationHigh attention to detailGreat teamwork, interpersonal, and customer-relations skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfactionEnergetic attitude, willingness to perform to get things done$165,000 - $177,000 a year

Our US base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
