The Love Boat promises something for everyone.We’re looking for an amazing Brand & Product Marketing Senior Director to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for leading all communication efforts designed to raise the visibility, familiarity, and connection to the Princess brand and the experience we deliver. You'll oversee the development and execution of integrated brand and product marketing plans and work with all key channels and stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency. You'll play a critical role in refining how Princess goes to market to win the hearts and minds of our target guests and ensure they understand the key elements of our product offering to drive additional demand and loyalty.Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Brand & Product Marketing Senior Director. Is this you?ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute all brand and product marketing plans designed to increase demand and product differentiation within our competitive set.Raise the bar creatively in terms of the work product delivered by both the in-house creative team, as well as our communication agency partners.Manage budgets for marketing communications, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI. Set goals and establish KPIs for each core function.Build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including, but not limited to Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, and Finance.Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing department with responsibility for selecting and leading internal and external teams of marketing professionals.Continuously strive to improve the effectiveness of marketing programs and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company; including but not limited to staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team on a regular basis.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent experience.10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand, product, and social marketing campaigns.Experience working in a global organization, or travel/hospitality industry is helpful but not required.Experience with online & offline marketing campaigns, brand and/or retail marketing.Strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning.Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions and present results.Must be organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.Ability to foster teamwork and create a culture that rises to the challenge and moves with urgency.Outstanding interpersonal skills (written and verbal) are required to communicate with management, other departments, agencies, designers, and colleagues.Attention to detail and drive to win.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
