We persevere by pushing through to the end, never giving up or letting tasks wait.Position Overview:As a Production Associate/Designer your job will be twofold:You will need to learn how to do and perform every aspect of this job, from paginating a book with Adobe, to printing, binding, cutting, and shipping the book to our customers.You will be responsible for making sure things get done. This includes figuring out how to manage our small team over two shifts, and to make sure that problems DO NOT wait until the next day.RequirementsExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the entire printing process.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and maintain our print equipment.Optimize printing methods and processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment, software, and color management.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and trends in print production.Monitor quality control measures to ensure accurate and consistent printing output.Stay updated on advancements in printing technology and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings account401(K) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off (PTO)Holiday Pay
