Responsibilities:

Collection/Documentation of documentation requirements (use case, audience, objective of documentation prior to creation/development stage).
Create/Draft/Maintain technical documentation (further details noted in ‘types of technical documents within scope).
Editorial Review and Co-Collaboration with subject matter experts to produce technical documentation that has high levels of clarity and actionability.
Accountable for evaluating/monitoring document readiness for broad consumption and/or launch.
Create/Draft/Maintain marketing content and communication templates related to program delivery.
Types of Technical Documents:
Software manuals
Software learning modules
Technical troubleshooting guides
Installation guides
API documentation
Release notes
Candidate Requirements:
8 overall years of experience in the field.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required to be eligible for this role.
Cloud services experience, strong technical communication experience, and instruction manual drafting experience.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
Minimum 8 years experience with cloud or other tech.
Minimum 8 years experience with technical writing/communications.
Minimum 8 years experience with manual/instructional writing.
Compensation:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
