Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist - Web Marketing Team Aquent is in search of a dynamic self-starter to join our client’s team as a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist. You’ll be part of their Web Marketing team, which is responsible for creating a best-in-class experience for their visitors and members. You will report to their Senior Web Marketing Manager, Experimentation and you will help drive and refine the conversion rate optimization strategy and roadmap for the Marketing website.

Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.Responsibilities:Design and execute strategic testing initiatives on the clients website with a goal to increase product conversion ratesCollaborate with key stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Data Science, Creative, Paid Digital and MarTechCreate and refine processes to generate data-backed hypotheses and ideas for testingAnticipate and solve any roadblocks or challenges that may impact initiative deliveryProject manage tests, while building repeatable, consistent processes and best practices for test executionUpkeep various experimentation resources such as a learnings library to drive continuous operational improvementsPartner with MarTech, Marketing Data Science and various Engineering teams to improve and iterate on the testing platform as well as data capabilitiesIdentify process gaps and increase and formalize efficiencies as neededRequirements:2-3+ years proven experience using data and insights to inform web optimization projects such as A/B tests, multivariate tests, landing page performance audits, personalization; financial services a plusGreat communication skills, both verbally and electronically with demonstrated examples of relationship-building across a highly matrixed organizationWell-organized, detail oriented, and resourcefulAbility to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple prioritiesComfortable liaising and presenting to senior leadership and executivesExperience with Optimizely or similar testing platformExperience with Amplitude, Tableau or a similar analytics toolExperience working with a CMS (content management system) with WordPress, Contentful, etc.Familiarity with various project management systems (Agile, Kanban) and platforms (Workfront, JIRA)The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60 hourly.
