This role develops web applications across any of the functional areas of the Finkl business and its subsidiaries. Work is performed in an agile environment that requires independent judgement and first principles thinking. As a key contributor to vital business initiatives, the solutions created will support key strategic objectives.
Your Assignment
Develop software applications and write code that meets business requirements.Actively participate in the design, architecture, development, debugging, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications.Think critically about business problems and participate in their resolution by applying technical expertise and knowledge of software engineering and systems development.Integrate with the IT team and company, to collectively build impactful applications.Show initiative and drive to find and solve problems. Resolve roadblocks and issues independently where possible.Leverage management and senior staff knowledge on complex and important matters.Possess working knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and best practices in use by the organization.Effectively communicate to ensure team alignment across responsibilitiesAll other duties assigned
Your Background
Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of Web Development or similar experience - OR -High School / GED and at least 5 years of Web Development or similar experienceExperience writing code and developing Web applicationsFull stack development across front-end interfaces and back-end systemsExperience with programming languages used to develop online applications, APIs, or mobile applicationsCreating clean user experiencesKnowledgeable on database development and best practicesUnderstand the Software Development Life CycleWilling to work on site three days a weekPreferred ExperienceKnowledge of C# and Microsoft .NET frameworks and toolsetsOracle databases and database designUnderstand GIT and repo managementKnowledge of industry best practicesAbility to leverage output using AI toolsFamiliarity in business intelligence across data warehousing, transformations, or PowerBI tools
