We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers and leads. As part of the TruWest marketing team, your role is to implement B2B content marketing strategies through a variety of digital and traditional platforms across four businesses. We’re looking for a passionate content marketer who loves collaborating with a team to come up with fresh ideas as well as who loves the details and can manage projects from beginning to end. As a Content Marketing Manager at TruWest, you will be pivotal in enhancing our digital footprint, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads across our four key business areas. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive content strategy that leverages both digital and traditional media to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that aligns with business goals and attracts a qualified audience to our digital platforms.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), external stakeholders, and marketing team members to produce impactful content.Create a diverse content portfolio that includes blog posts, case studies, guides, newsletters, and press releases.Oversee the distribution of content across all company channels to maximize reach and engagement.Utilize SEO best practices to drive traffic and improve content visibility.Implement lead generation strategies through effective calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead nurturing tactics.Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality content production.Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.Participate in the planning and execution of special events and projects as required.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record in content strategy and lead generation.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred.Excellent writing skills, capable of crafting content with varying tones and styles.Strong project management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Performance Requirements:
