Your work will directly impact the safety and security of the client's ecosystem by improving the user experience and accessibility of our internal Identity and Access Management tools.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft and refine UI text within the Access Now tool, including feature descriptions and user flow instructions.Collaborate with Technical Documentation teams to ensure consistency and clarity across channels.Contribute to program communications, technical documentation, and training materials as an informed party or reviewer.Work closely with UX and Technical Writing partners to enhance user experiences through cohesive content strategies.Support the redesign and updates of Access Now tool flows, ensuring alignment with project guidelines and strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Figma,Workspace, g3 DocsStrong background in content design and/or technical writing within a UX context.Ability to produce clear, human-centered, and brand-aligned content for technical audiences.
