Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at LBMC W Squared. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with a focus on driving growth and enhancing the firm's brand presence in the accounting industry. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Brentwood, TN for a Marketing Manager at LBMC W Squared. LBMC W Squared is a premier provider of outsourced accounting solutions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and more. Our comprehensive suite of services and experienced staff provide scalable corporate back-office support that meets the needs of businesses of all sizes.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.At least 5 years of experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns in accounting or a related field.LocationBrentwood, TN - Hybrid 2 days in office 3 days remoteJob Duties/ Responsibilities:Own and develop the marketing function for the organization.Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms.Execute content copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.Manage and optimize SEO and SEM efforts.Create, measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.Manage social media, email marketing, and targeted campaigns.Oversee projects within the marketing department, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy.Prioritize and allocate the marketing budget effectively.Perform other duties as assigned.LBMC W Squared OVERVIEWLBMC W Squared is an outsourced finance and accounting solution firm.
