Marketing Coordinator

Famous Software specializes in the development, support, and the sale of fully-integrated accounting and business management software applications for the produce industry. We are revolutionizing information management in the fresh food supply chain. We use a team approach to software development and customer support.This position enables you to use your creative and analytical skills to help Famous Software employees communicate with customers, prospects, and each other. Media include print, the Web, e-learning tools, social media, and video.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop expertise in the entire Famous Software product line, pricing structure, and target marketsAssist with the development and implementation of annual marketing plansSupport execution of marketing campaignsAssist with social media planning, content creation and publishingSupport the development and dissemination of the monthly internal newsletterCreate content for various channels (PR, Trade, Email, Social, Web, etc.) using a variety of media (photo, video, graphics, diagrams, screenshots, etc.) ensuring appropriate tone with correct spelling and grammarSupport website maintenance in collaboration with all internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the sales team to understand marketing and communication opportunitiesSupport the development of and distribution of sales materials related to the entire Famous Software product lineSupport sales record maintenance using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and project planning softwareCreate and execute email campaigns to current customers, prospects and internal stakeholdersAssist with internal and external trainings, webinars and product demosSupport analysis of email, social, web and other advertisingCompile and disseminate analytical reports on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) to senior leadershipSupport planning and execution of key trade eventsSupport sales team as needed (scheduling monthly site management calls, create customer portfolios, and other administrative tasks as needed)Qualifications and RequirementsDegree or experience in Marketing, Electronic Publishing, or CommunicationsExperience with Adobe Flash, XML, XHTML, and Adobe PhotoshopExpertise with the Microsoft Office suite of productsExperience with video production, e- learning tools such as ZZ-LCMS, Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe CS3, Joomla!, CSS, Twitter, Facebook, .net, PHP, Google AdWords, and graphic design experienceExperience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)Analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience with event planningMotivation and time management skillsPassion for new technologies and attention to detailRelocation and TelecommutingAt this time, Famous Software does not offer relocation packages. Additionally, telecommuting is not an option for this position.
