Sr. Manager, Graphic Design to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, advanced technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial for delivering top-tier video content that meets the highest industry standards.Expectations of this role:Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and supportthe ministry through prayer and actionsOwn the ministry-wide production of designed materials that uphold Prison Fellowship Ministries' visual identity and brandProvide art direction on all designed materials to communicate the ministry purpose, vision, and impact in compelling waysBuild the capacity and capability of the Marketing design team through on-going feedback, visual direction, and strategic procurement of freelancers, technology upgrades, and supplemental visual assetsProvide hands-on graphic design for complex and key strategic projectsManage all designers and freelancers to high standards of design output to include printed materials, signage, print and digital ads, forms, curriculum, proposals, presentations, annual report and design elements for digital environmentsQualifications:
