JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: About Extension: UW-Madison\'s Division of Extension serves the people and communities of Wisconsin by addressing local, statewide and national issues, improving lives through research-based education, fostering partnerships and action, and facilitating positive impacts. UW-Madison Extension delivers impactful programming in all counties across Wisconsin, including volunteer development, direct education, capacity building, and technical assistance. We administer programming through six institutes: Agriculture, Community Development, Health & Well-Being (including FoodWIse), Human Development & Relationships, Natural Resources, and Positive Youth Development (including 4-H). We reach more than 570,000 participants annually, including 85,000 agricultural producers and farm technicians, 16,000 local and Tribal government officials and staff, 11,000 non-profit workers and support agency advocates, and 19,000 business professionals and entrepreneurs. The division comprises 350 place-based educators, 160 research specialists, and more than 170 outreach specialists, program organizers, and support roles. Our educational outreach and promotion keep Wisconsinites informed about research, workshops, learning materials, events, and more. This position is housed in the division\'s statewide communications office to manage graphic design projects such as learning materials, impact reports, fliers, brochures, and other priority projects in consultation with divisional leadership. Division of Extension headquarters are located within Madison, WI, but the position location is flexible and will be determined based on department needs, successful candidate\'s preferences, and availability of suitable space. This position is slated for onsite work in a UW-Madison building, however due to Extension\'s statewide presence and outreach, we are open to remote locations near an Extension-affiliated office in Wisconsin.
