This individual will cost effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through local Direct Marketing programs (neighborhood canvassing) while managing to a set budget.Primary ResponsibilitiesManages a team of Direct Marketing Associates (canvassers) with a direct hands-on approach, provides motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly and monthly goalsRecruits, hires, and trains Direct Marketing Associates through cost-effective recruiting tools; partners with Talent Acquisition team when appropriateOversees all team field activities, including in-field and office training, role-playing, daily meetings, field supervision and motivating team membersCreates and develops the team's culture through personal role-modeling desired behaviors and techniques with a heavy focus on company methodologyMonitors and coaches each team member in the field to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts and customer service guidelinesIn partnership with marketing leadership, creates annual budget with the sole purpose of generating qualified leads and appointments through canvassing effortsPerforms administrative tasks including coordination of canvassing logistics, permit logistics, script and flyer maintenance, and verifying/validating leadsProvides information to leadership and team members regarding neighborhoods and cities where RbA's products and services can be demonstrated with the intent of generating qualified leads and appointmentsQualifications and Skills

Demonstrated analytical and technical skillsStrategic thinking, with strong project management skills, and attention to detailAbility to self-manage time and budget to achieve objectivesAbility to analyze effectiveness of programs and team membersMust-Have Qualifications

Ability to walk up to 3 miles per dayHigh school diploma; college degree preferredManagement experience with excellent training & coaching skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work some weekendsPrevious door-to-door experience preferredPhysical Requirements Summary

Ability to walk up to 3 miles per dayIn 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
