As a member of the Strategic Growth Team, you will play an essential role in supporting and executing various graphic design projects for proposal development.Responsibilities:Lead and implement graphic design projects throughout the proposal development process.Create industry-leading visuals to support value propositions and concept of operations for new programs.Develop and control project budgets and schedules for graphic design activities.Ensure timely delivery of compliant and compelling graphic designs for proposal responses and marketing materials.Mentor other design and proposal staff in the graphic design process.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field and 8+ years of experience, or HS Diploma and 12+ years of experience.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to work with local and geographically dispersed teams.US Citizenship required.
