Occasional evenings or weekends will be required for property take-ons, events, or other special circumstances. This position is hybrid remote - most working remotely but also from one of our properties as needed/required.

accepting candidates that reside in Minnesota.ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility for this role will be providing comprehensive support to our Head of Marketing, managing a wide range of administrative tasks. These tasks will include:Completing reports for owners, preparing PowerPoint presentations and updates for owners, managing and scheduling follow-ups with ownersEnsuring marketing invoices are properly billed back to ownership groups.Ensuring that marketing project plan details are adhered to, following up as necessary with the team and keeping the group on track and prioritized. Desire to organize, complete, and maintain priorities and lists and ensure that deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.Reviewing notes from internal and external meetings, assigning tasks and then ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.Managing social media marketing for a group of properties within the portfolioAdditional tasks may include:Updating various details for marketing programs. This could be a wide variety of tasks and including administrative updates in Yardi software such as uploading floorplans, pricing or other details.Working with our Digital Marketing team on tasks associated with managing Google ads campaigns and working on search engine optimization. No experience is necessary. Clear direction is provided but the ability to listen, take notes, ask great questions, and then follow through precisely is required.Administrative tasks as assigned including errands/delivering printed materials and other tasks as required.Monitoring company phones/emails.Exceptional level of organizationGreat attention to detailAptitude for technology and understanding of how systems work4-Year Degree Preferred but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to listen and executeKnowledge/comfort with social media is preferred but not requiredCompensation details:
