We're seeking a highly organized and communicative Traffic/Marketing Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team.
As a crucial member of their team, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the seamless execution of our projects from start to finish. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a keen eye for detail will be essential to success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and prevent cost overruns.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
Maintain meticulous project documentation and ensure deliverables are met on time.
Proactively identify and resolve project obstacles.
Generate insightful reports on project performance and status.
Contribute to procurement and vendor management as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
MUST HAVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
