Manage relationships with internal partners, i.e. P&L, Analytics, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Finance, and external partners, e.g. marketing agencies, CRAs, etc., to build marketing roadmaps integrated with product and marketing strategies. Manage Marketing Forecasts - In partnership with the P&Ls and FP&A, guide the development and management of annual, quarterly, and monthly volume forecasts, identifying risk and and opportunities and allocating resources to deliver on those forecasts Identify Opportunities for Growth: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Utilize data analytics and insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance and allocate resources effectively. Provide Business Leadership - As a member of the broader cross functional leadership team, partner with strategy and operations, sales, product and analytics to identify, prioritize and align on goals, allocate resources and build a company culture that keeps the company as an awesome place to work. Team Leadership: Lead a team of 8-10 marketing professionals to achieve these objectives providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback. Requirements: 10-15 years of multi-channel performance marketing experience (small business/financial services experience is a plus). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or other business-related/quantitative fields of study. MBA preferred. Passion for problem solving and working cross-functionally to identify opportunities and resolve them. Strong analytical and consumer insights experience with ability to grasp complex business issues and lead decision making in an analytical and data-intensive environment.
