Job Description:

Responsible for the development and delivery of digital content that will enhance the company's (Discover Global Network’s) digital marketing efforts. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsible for leading a team that implements digital enhancements to enable goals across the website, social, search, and paid ecosystem.

Oversees the team's execution and optimization of paid media campaigns. Works cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors and key stakeholders across the business on various projects including technical integrations.

Responsible for managing marketing programs and initiatives that increase acceptance, product adoption, and grow volume for the network.

Responsibilities

Directly manages staff involved in developing digital content/workstreams.

Assists in the definition of digital channel objectives, features, and functionality that need to be implemented by the digital design development staff/deliver on business objectives.

Coordinates cross-functional teams to launch and implement marketing initiatives.

Prepares and develops performance metrics.

Monitors budgets and ensures projects are delivered within them. Manage resources, stakeholders, and deadlines for the team.

Identifies, evaluates, and develops digital enterprise platform strategies and roadmaps.

Leads the prioritization and implementation of digital platform enhancements and migrations.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related field

8+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Financial Services, or related

In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Financial Services, or related

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related field

Proven people management experience

Technical website experience (relevant platform experience with AEM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Uberflip) + social media and paid media experience

Understanding of media ecosystem for B2B, B2C and B2B2C

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
