About the Opportunity:

The communications team at TFH is looking to grow and engage its global community of (1) developers, (2) users and (3) partners.

As the community content manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing community engagement and advocacy strategies targeting these core audiences. You'll leverage events (in-person and online) as well as relevant owned channels (social media) to drive meaningful and measurable results. This role spans ideation and creation of content for owned platforms as well as using analytics to inform strategies and track progress.

You will likely be asked to travel frequently to events.

You'll work cross functionally in a dynamic and exciting environment to help TFH support and grow the global and active Worldcoin community. This includes taking the initiative to plan and participate in events such as hackathons, office hours and community calls, managing or co-managing social media channels directed specifically at community building (e.g. X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Farcaster, etc.) and assisting where necessary with owned initiatives designed to support and grow the community.
In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute a community engagement plan aligned with team goals and objectives
  • Create and own an events calendar in collaboration with the business development team
  • Build out community activations to complement activities
  • Facilitate in person/online events with the global Worldcoin community
  • Ideate and produce content, including video content, for owned social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, X, Discord, Telegram and Farcaster
  • Foster meaningful interactions with the global Worldcoin community
  • Support community/partner earned comms initiatives where necessary
  • Monitor and analyze performance (engagement, reach, etc.) to evaluate and optimize strategies
  • Work closely with marketing, comms, biz dev and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and 3-5+ years of experience in a web3/crypto community role
  • Exceptional event planning, communication, organization and community building skills
  • Above average copywriting and critical thinking skills; keen eye for detail
  • Experience in social media content creation and strategy development
  • Able and excited to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including graphic design, video editing, etc.
  • Ability to work, either remotely or in person, in a fast-paced, exciting startup environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • An understanding of the Worldcoin project and its mission

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $160,000 - $180,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
