Jr. Communications Specialist

Position: Jr. Communications SpecialistLocation: 950 Deerfield Pkwy Buffalo Grove, IL - 60089Duration: 12 Months Description: Position Description:Entry level position for a highly motivated communications professional interested in getting experience in an international corporation, while learning the fundamental tools, platforms and processes needed to support the Communications function. The Jr. Communications Specialist will support the Communications team by: *Writing, formatting and distributing organizational announcements*Formatting and distributing newsletters for internal/external distribution*Creating, analyzing and reporting on internal surveys*Building and maintaining internal websites (SharePoint, High Spot, etc.)*Uploading assets and organizing Digital Asset Management system*Uploading contacts into Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua) generated from webinars, list buys, tradeshows, etc.)*Supporting the budget process by: creating POs/Statements of Work, managing meeting card process and expenses*Owning the case study repository, including managing ongoing updates/submissions*Supporting quarterly metrics report outs*Project-based activities as assigned Skills + Proficiencies:* Motivated and driven with a “can-do” attitude* Strong organization skills* Strong customer service orientation* Solid computer skills using Microsoft Office 365 Suite* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines* Ability to work under time constraints with multiple projects
