Description: Kinsley Energy Systems is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to generating high-quality leads that can be converted into sales opportunities. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP of Kinsley Energy Systems.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential customers and drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.Utilize a variety of marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO, to attract and engage prospects.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends and customer needs.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and refine messaging, campaigns, and promotional materials.Manage and optimize lead nurturing processes through various tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation software.Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote Kinsley Energy Systems and generate leads.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.

Preferred Marketing Manager Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a lead generation role, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.Proven track record of successfully generating and nurturing leads through various marketing channels.Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
