We are looking for an experienced

Marketing Operations Manager

to support our Digital Media team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Media, this candidate will play a key role in establishing operational rigor, overseeing, and optimizing our marketing operations, managing projects across internal teams and maintaining reporting and analytics. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution to track and organize marketing initiatives and processes.

What you'll do:

Managing marketing processes: (1) Maintaining and establishing new processes in marketing campaign planning, tracking, reporting, SOPs, timelines, calendars and ensuring tasks are on track. (2) Identifying areas for improvement in our marketing processes and systems.

Setting up, configuring, and maintaining tracking and reporting of all Seller Acquisition campaigns using tracking and CRM platforms, including Hubspot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Google Analytics and others.

Preparing regular data reports for weekly, monthly reviews and on ads & campaigns performance, effectiveness, and lead quality.

Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Building relationships with key decision makers: Working cross-functionally with the analytic team and sales ops team to maintain dashboards, reports, and ensure number alignment.

Collaborating with Comms, legal, branding, and creative, product marketing, product, and analytics teams to establish SOPs, approval timelines, and tracking and reporting cadences.

Collaborating with Paid Media, Events and Channel Partners Marketing teams to execute, track and report on marketing campaigns.

Maintaining, supporting, and improving the current and future integrations between our marketing platforms and other tools, including our CRM, tracking and performance tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 1 years' experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field.

2 years' experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.

3+ years of experience working with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce), tracking tools (Google Analytics and others), Wordpress.

In-depth Web analytics knowledge for various reporting needs (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, UTMs, Hubspot, Salesforce...). Ideally you have hands-on experience implementing tracking scripts, configuring GTM tags and triggers, and using Wordpress.

Experience working with product managers and engineers in communicating digital marketing and analytics needs.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in marketing automation tools and practices.

Comfortable interacting with internal and external teams with a variety of backgrounds.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated and self-directed. Demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00



Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
