Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Entry Level)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and attend in-person events across the market (2-3/month)Represent MOSS in the communityDaily correspondence with potential customers through text, email and routine callsEnsure consistent scheduling experience for our customersIn certain instances, serve as the first impression of our company to our customersMaintain logs, documents and other records, as neededRefer service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the best path to direct the customer for resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and digitally log documentation.Help maintain reports measuring success of marketing initiativesQualifications:

Experience and proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpotStrong attention to detailProject Management experience (1-2 years preferred)Ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience with marketing concepts, digital advertising and lead generationProficient with visual design, including the ability to create marketing documents using Canva, PowerPoint and other program
