The Paid Advertising and Digital Lead Generation Marketing Manager is an ideal opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with experience in digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies, managing lead generation campaigns, and optimizing performance through data analysis. Ensuring compliance with best practices and internal guidelines is essential.

We are seeking a Paid Advertising and Digital Lead Generation Marketing Manager to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time onsite position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.Produce detailed performance reports on key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Investment (ROI).Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance.Manage and coordinate with external agencies to develop and execute paid and digital marketing initiatives.Ensure agency deliverables align with Pinnacle’s goals and standards.Work closely with multiple national fertility clinics to understand their lead generation needs and objectives.Develop tailored marketing strategies to address clinic-specific requirements.Drive lead generation efforts through inbound calls, website visits, and form/request entries.Implement best practices to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.Implement best-in-class marketing tactics across paid advertising channels.Explore new opportunities to bolster the Pinnacle brand and its network of clinic brands.Develop innovative strategies to exceed advertising goals.Regularly report on performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, and ROI.Analyze and interpret data to inform strategy adjustments.Work cross-functionally to close data gaps and ensure full-funnel metrics are visible to the organization.Collaborate with various teams to integrate marketing efforts and drive cohesive results.Align paid advertising strategies for Google and social channels with SEO efforts.Ensure website keywords, content, and ranking are optimized for maximum effectiveness.POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid digital advertising.Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising and lead generation campaigns.Strong data aptitude with the ability to analyze and report on key performance metrics.Experience working with external agencies and managing digital marketing initiatives.Ability to collaborate effectively with national clients and internal teams.Familiarity with SEO best practices and its integration with paid advertising strategies.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$70,000-$85,000 annually

The compensation range for this position is between $70,000 - $85,000 per year. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
