What You'll DoCreative Strategy and Development : Lead the charge in developing forward-thinking, detailed creative strategies for our diverse design projects.Production-Ready Artwork : Craft high-quality artwork for print ads, collateral pieces, social media, web, magazine layouts, and banner ads.Brand Standards : Ensure all materials align with Mölnlycke's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional image.Digital Marketing : Design and develop engaging banner ads and other digital marketing materials.Key Responsibilities

Design Excellence : Utilize your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop) to create compelling marketing materials including literature, trade show graphics, direct mail, and advertising.Project Management : Organize your workload to meet deadlines and priorities, work independently, and prepare necessary correspondence and reports.Collaboration : Work closely with all areas of the company including HR, Finance, Sales, Executive Leadership, and more to develop materials that support our marketing initiatives and national sales meetings.Resource Management : Manage relationships with outside printers and agencies, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to timelines and costs.Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends to keep our materials fresh and innovative.Print Collateral : Responsible for the creation and production of print collateral for various company events and trade shows.What you'll get:

Experience : 5+ years in graphic design and production, ideally within the medical device or a related industry, with a strong background in digital marketing.Education : Bachelor's degree in Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) on a Mac environment, MS Office, HTML basics, and digital production tools.Design Acumen : Strong layout skills, an experienced eye for color and typography, and knowledge of common design principles and print production standards.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.Organizational Skills : Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, take initiative, and work independently and as part of a team.Ownership Mindset : A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work.Travel : Occasional travel to trade shows and evaluations, requiring overnight stays.
